Honest Abe is a live oak (Quercus virginiana) who lives on the Palm Preserve in downtown Panama City. He enjoys standing around and socializing with people walking by on the preserve's trail. His favorite snack is Sunburst.

Additionally, a picture of your tagged tree, its coordinates, and fun facts regarding its species and the nature preserve it resides on will be included in a digital appreciation packet to be sent via email after tagging takes place. Many trees are selected based on accessibility. Trail directions to your tree will be included as relevant.
Tags are guaranteed for ten years except in exceptional cases such as the death of their tree. After the ten year adoption period, they may be re-adopted by the original adopter or a new donor.
